  • Grilled Skewers: Meat, veggies, marinade
  • Quinoa & Chickpea Salad: Quinoa, chickpeas, veggies, dressing
  • Lettuce Wraps: Lettuce, meat (or veggies), sauces
  • Gluten-Free Pancakes: Almond or coconut flour, baking powder, salt, optional toppings

Instructions

  1. Mix overnight oats in a jar before your trip.
  2. Prepare breakfast burritos in advance and freeze.
  3. Pre-mix pancake dry ingredients for campsite preparation.
  4. For foil pack dinners, wrap pre-cut ingredients in foil and cook over the fire.
  5. Cook pasta and combine with canned tomatoes and protein in one pot.
  6. Skewer marinated meat and veggies and cook over an open flame.

  8. Use lettuce as wraps for quick sandwiches.
