Healthy Banana Bread Chocolate (No Sugar, Gluten-Free)

A guilt-free indulgence that combines ripe bananas, almond flour, and dark chocolate for a delicious, moist banana bread.

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
  4. Gradually combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
  8. Enjoy as a snack or breakfast!
