Cool Whip Cookies

Easy and soft Cool Whip Cookies made with cake mix, perfect for a quick homemade treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1 tub (8 oz) of Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop out small portions of dough and roll them in powdered sugar for a crinkled effect.
  4. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until they have a cracked appearance.
  5. Let the cookies rest for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

Notes

These cookies can be frozen both before and after baking. Store unbaked dough in an airtight bag or container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
