Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
  2. Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir before serving and adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
