A nutritious twist on the classic Caesar salad featuring fresh kale, Parmesan cheese, and a light Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh kale, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale and Caesar dressing.

Notes
