Almond Flour Chocolate Brownies

Deliciously gooey and rich chocolate brownies made with almond flour for a healthier treat.

  • 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional: chocolate chips, nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter (or coconut oil), sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 baking pan.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes, erring on the side of underbaking for a fudgy center.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips on top before baking. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later.
