2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
1 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter (optional)
