Broccoli Caesar Salad

A refreshing twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring crunchy broccoli and a flavorful dressing.

  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • A handful of croutons
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender, then let cool.
  2. Toss the cooled broccoli in a large bowl with Caesar dressing until well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and add croutons. Toss again to combine.
  4. Add black pepper and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
  5. Chill for 10 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.
