A vibrant and festive non-alcoholic cocktail that captures the tropical essence, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 3 oz non-alcoholic piña colada mix
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 oz blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • Fresh pineapple or cherry for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add coconut cream, piña colada mix, pineapple juice, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a tall glass.
  3. Slowly pour the blue curaçao syrup over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
  4. Garnish with fresh pineapple or a cherry if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For the perfect layering effect, pour slowly over the back of a spoon. Chill your glass for best results.
