- 3 oz non-alcoholic piña colada mix
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
- 2 oz blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
- Fresh pineapple or cherry for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add coconut cream, piña colada mix, pineapple juice, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a tall glass.
- Slowly pour the blue curaçao syrup over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
