Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A creamy, garlicky pasta dish featuring tender chicken, loaded with parmesan cheese and Italian flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast or thighs
  • Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • Fresh garlic
  • Butter
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spinach or peas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season and cube the chicken, then brown it in a skillet with butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering while the pasta cooks in another pot.
  4. Stir in shredded parmesan until melted, then combine with drained pasta.
  5. Serve immediately, topped with more parmesan if desired.

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pasta and ensure broth and seasonings are wheat-free.
