Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Delicious and crispy buffalo chicken egg rolls made in the air fryer, combining spicy chicken, creamy cheese, and crunchy wrappers. Perfect for parties or a quick snack.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (choose your preferred spice level)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray (for air fryer crispiness)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Fold in finely chopped green onions.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, add 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture to the center.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides tightly, rolling upward and sealing the top with a dab of water.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking.
