Easy Keto Magic Cookies

Delicious and guilt-free cookies made with coconut, almond flour, and sugar-free chocolate chips, perfect for a keto diet.

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flakes, almond flour, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts if using.
  3. Add eggs and melted butter, mixing until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Drop rough heaps of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature or longer in the fridge. They also freeze well.
