Instructions
In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Add the alcohol-free vanilla extract, non-alcoholic Irish cream syrup, and coffee extract (optional) to the blender. Blend for another 15–20 seconds until fully combined.
Pour the shake into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream, crushed mint cookies or chocolate chips, a maraschino cherry, and a mint leaf for garnish.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut milk ice cream and almond or oat milk. Adjust peppermint extract gradually for flavor balance.
