  • For Sugar-Free Goumi Pie:
    • 2 cups goumi berries
    • 1/3 cup mashed bananas or unsweetened applesauce
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 oat-based crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For Classic Healthy Goumi Pie: Mix goumi berries, honey, chia seeds, and lemon juice. Pour into the pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before serving.
