Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir everything well to avoid clumping.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
  3. Before serving, stir the pudding to ensure a smooth consistency. Add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.
