Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or crushed cornflakes)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in mayo, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken pieces in a single layer.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. While the chicken cooks, mix mayo, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Dip the cooked chicken in the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute Greek yogurt for mayo and adjust sauce ingredients to taste. For keto, use almond meal or crushed pork rinds instead of breadcrumbs.
