High Protein Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites

These tender beef bites cooked in garlic and butter are perfect for busy days, offering a satisfying high-protein meal with minimal effort.

  • 2 pounds sirloin or stew meat, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop the beef into bite-sized chunks, about the size of a ping-pong ball.
  2. Peeled and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave until just soft.
  4. Toss the beef, garlic, melted butter, salt, pepper, and spices into the slow cooker and stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Serve hot, optionally drizzled with the garlic butter juices.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different cuts of meat or add soy sauce for extra flavor. These beef bites are excellent for meal prep and can be frozen for later.
