Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Juicy, golden chicken tenders with a buttery glaze infused with garlic and honey, made crispy in the air fryer for less grease and more flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders (or cut up chicken breast)
  • 3 tbsp Butter (unsalted preferred)
  • 23 tbsp Honey (adjust to taste)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Optional: Paprika or chili flakes for heat, or lemon juice for a tangy twist

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in honey and garlic. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Pat the chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices. Lightly coat with oil spray.
  4. Arrange tenders in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Toss the hot tenders in the honey butter garlic sauce until well coated.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and make sure to preheat before cooking.
