Air Fryer Pizza-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Juicy chicken breasts bursting with gooey cheese and pepperoni, cooked to crispy perfection in an air fryer—perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 big chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Your favorite pizza sauce (marinara works in a pinch)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
  2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a tablespoon or two of pizza sauce.
  4. Spritz the outsides with olive oil spray and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
  5. Air fry for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tops are golden and cheese is gooey.
  6. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing to prevent cheese from oozing out.
