- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 cup lemonade
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 390°F).
- Dump the flour into a big bowl.
- Pour in the cream and then the lemonade.
- Stir until there are no more dry bits.
- Flour your bench generously and tip out the sticky dough.
- Press the dough down to about an inch thick.
- Use a glass, cutter, or mug to cut out rounds and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until golden on top and soft underneath.
- Serve while warm with your favorite toppings.
