1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup creamy peanut butter (natural)
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (optional)

Pinch of sea salt
¼ cup crushed peanuts or coconut flakes (for rolling)
