Puff Pastry Mini Quiches

Buttery, flaky mini quiches made with puff pastry and customizable fillings for a quick and easy meal or snack.

  • 1 box puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or any cheese on hand)
  • Chopped vegetables, ham, bacon, or any desired mix-ins
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry on the counter for a few minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Grease a muffin tin to avoid sticking.
  4. Cut the thawed pastry into squares and tuck them into the muffin cups, allowing them to hang over a bit.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  6. Add in any mix-ins of your choice and stir well.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the pastry-lined muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffy. If the centers still jiggle, bake longer.

Notes

Serve warm with hot sauce for brunch, pack for lunch, or serve as snacks at parties. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days.
