Sheet Pan Pancakes

Easy and hands-off pancake recipe baked in a sheet pan, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • Pancake batter (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Sliced bananas (optional)
  • Parchment paper (optional for easy cleanup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and grease a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Mix your pancake batter according to instructions, don’t worry if it’s lumpy.
  3. Pour the batter into the baking sheet and shake gently to level the batter.
  4. Add your desired toppings on top of the batter.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until fluffy and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice into squares.

Notes

You can mix and match toppings for variety. Use mashed banana as an egg substitute if needed, and try incorporating protein powder for added nutrition.
