Sheet Pan Pancakes with Kodiak Cakes

An easy and efficient way to make pancakes for the whole family, baked on a sheet pan for a giant, fluffy pancake experience.

  • 1 box Kodiak Cakes mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk (or water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a large sheet pan generously.
  3. In a large bowl, mix Kodiak Cakes mix, eggs, and milk until combined.
  4. If desired, add vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt, stirring until incorporated.
  5. Spread the batter evenly across the pan.
  6. Add any desired toppings like fruit or chocolate chips on top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Slice into squares and serve warm with maple syrup and toppings of choice.

Notes

Customize with various toppings such as chocolate chips, fruits, nuts, or syrup. Leftover pancakes can be frozen for later use.
