Sheet Pan Pancakes Krusteaz

Easy, no-flip pancakes baked in a sheet pan, perfect for feeding a crowd with customizable toppings.

Ingredients

  • Krusteaz pancake mix
  • Milk (check your box for exact amount)
  • Eggs
  • Butter (or oil)
  • Optional: vanilla
  • Toppings (chocolate chips, berries, banana coins, nuts, etc.)
  • Nonstick spray for the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray your sheet pan generously with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix the batter in a big bowl according to the Krusteaz box instructions.
  4. Pour the batter onto the pan and smooth it out.
  5. Add your desired toppings over the batter.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden at the edges and the center isn’t wobbly.
  7. Optional: Broil for a minute for a crispier top.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For fluffier pancakes, add an extra splash of milk. Leftovers can be stored in a zip bag and reheated in the toaster.
