  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by mixing almond flour or ground pecans with melted butter and press it into the bottom of a dish.
  2. Chill the base for 30 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled base layer.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and layer it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Mix cocoa powder and sweetener together and sprinkle it evenly over the whipped cream layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
  8. Top with optional chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate shavings before serving.
