Madeleine Cookies Recipe with Cream

  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add vanilla extract, melted butter, and heavy cream.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently.
  5. Fill madeleine molds and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
