A creamy, non-alcoholic whipped lemonade that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a refreshing treat any day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Optional: Dash of vanilla extract
  • Optional: Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemons until you have at least 1/3 cup of lemon juice.
  2. Pour the lemon juice into a blender along with the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Add the ice and cold water to the blender, and if desired, a dash of vanilla extract.
  4. Blend until frothy and creamy, ensuring it looks pale yellow on top.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a lemon wheel if desired.
  6. Tweak the sweetness by adding more condensed milk or lemon juice if necessary.

Notes

For best results, roll lemons on the counter before squeezing, and chill your glasses for a colder drink.
