  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken into strips.
  2. Whisk eggs in one bowl and pour flour into another.
  3. In a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip chicken pieces into flour, then egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken strips in the air fryer and lightly spray with oil.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. While cooking, melt butter with buffalo sauce.
  8. Once the chicken is crispy, toss with buffalo sauce before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for maximum crispiness. Consider letting the buffalo sauce cool slightly before tossing to prevent it from slipping off the chicken.
