Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Stir thoroughly.
- Fold in finely chopped green onions.
Rolling the Egg Rolls
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, add 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture to the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides tightly, rolling upward and sealing the top with a dab of water.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking.
