Preparation
- Lay a piece of chicken flat between plastic wrap and gently pound it out.
- Sprinkle with seasonings, then lay on a slice of ham and cheese.
- Roll the chicken up tight and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Dip the rolled chicken in flour, then beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Cook chicken for 15-18 minutes, checking at 10 minutes.
- Let rest for a few minutes before removing toothpicks and serving.
