Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the canned chickpeas in a colander and lay them out on a clean kitchen towel to dry.
  2. Roll the chickpeas gently with the towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. If desired, peel the skins off the chickpeas for a crispier texture.
  4. In a bowl, coat chickpeas with olive oil.
Seasoning and Cooking
  1. Sprinkle seasoning of your choice over the chickpeas and mix well.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.
Serving
  1. Let the chickpeas cool before enjoying them as a snack.
  2. Store in a glass jar or paper bag for optimal crunch.
