For the ice bath
  • 1 bowl ice Fill the bowl with ice to cool the eggs quickly.
  • 1 bowl water Cold water needed for the ice bath.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Cook the eggs for 11 to 12 minutes for soft-boiled or 15 to 16 minutes for fully set yolks.
  2. Once the timer goes off, carefully remove the basket.
Ice Bath
  1. Immediately transfer the cooked eggs into a bowl of ice water for 5 to 10 minutes to stop the cooking process.
Serving
  1. After cooling, peel the eggs and enjoy them as desired.

Notes

Using a wire rack can help cook more eggs at once. Silicone tongs are recommended for safe removal from the hot basket.
