Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan or bowl, melt the butter and stir in honey and garlic. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Pat the chicken tenders dry. Rub them with salt, pepper, and optional spices like paprika. Lightly coat them in oil spray.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the tenders in one layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Final Steps
  1. While hot, toss the tenders in the honey butter garlic sauce until well coated.

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and make sure to preheat before cooking.
