Preparation
- Slice beef into thin strips (freeze for 30 minutes first for easier cutting).
- In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add beef strips, cover, and marinate for 6–12 hours in the fridge.
Cooking
- Lay beef strips in a single layer on the racks of the air fryer oven.
- Set air fryer oven to 175°F (80°C) and cook for 120–240 minutes. Flip halfway through.
- Check doneness: Jerky should be dry, slightly chewy, and bend without breaking.
Cooling & Storing
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 week; refrigerate for up to 2 weeks; freeze for up to 3 months.
