Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a tablespoon or two of pizza sauce.
- Spritz the outsides with olive oil spray and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Cooking
- Air fry for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tops are golden and cheese is gooey.
- Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing to prevent cheese from oozing out.
