Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter (or coconut oil), sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 22-25 minutes, erring on the side of underbaking for a fudgy center.
  2. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips on top before baking. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later. Don't overbake to maintain fudgy texture.
