Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter (or coconut oil), sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan.
Baking
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, erring on the side of underbaking for a fudgy center.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips on top before baking. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later. Don't overbake to maintain fudgy texture.
