- Grab a mason jar or any container with a lid and add oats, chia seeds, and blueberries.
- Pour in the milk, then add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Drop in vanilla extract if using and stir well.
- Seal the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir and top with more fresh berries or yogurt if desired.
Notes
For variations, add Greek yogurt, toasted nuts, or nut butter. Use frozen blueberries for an added cooling effect or swap for different fruits.
