Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crust ingredients and press half of it into a greased pan.
- Toss the blueberries with lemon juice and sugar, then layer them over the crust.
- Crumble the remaining crust on top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
Chill leftovers for an even more refreshing taste. Great for road trips and can be frozen for later enjoyment.
