Preparation
- Poach chicken breasts until tender, then shred them with two forks.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the buffalo sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Toss the shredded chicken in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Assembly
- Brush the tops of slider buns with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Layer buffalo chicken, a slice of cheese, and close the buns.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are golden.
Notes
Customize heat levels with more/less hot sauce. Pair with cooling dips like ranch or blue cheese, and fresh vegetables.
