- Add coconut cream, piña colada mix, pineapple juice, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a tall glass.
- Slowly pour the blue curaçao syrup over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple or a cherry if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For the perfect layering effect, pour slowly over the back of a spoon. Chill your glass for best results.
