Ingredients
  

For the Slaw
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce For the best crunch.
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots Adds color and sweetness.
  • 1 cup Purple cabbage For texture and color.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Base for the creamy dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar Adds acidity.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add shredded carrots and purple cabbage to the bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Assembly
  1. Pour the dressing over the slaw ingredients and toss to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or keep the dressing separate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a unique touch, add nuts or dried fruits. Keep the dressing separate until serving to prevent sogginess.
