  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Essential for the texture.
  • 1 whole egg Large egg preferred.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar For coating.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop out small portions of dough and roll them in powdered sugar for a crinkled effect.
Baking
  1. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  2. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until they have a cracked appearance.
  3. Let the cookies rest for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

Notes

These cookies can be frozen both before and after baking. Store unbaked dough in an airtight bag or container in the freezer for up to 3 months. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days, but refrigeration may be used in warm climates to maintain freshness.
