Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 4 cups pink lemonade (chilled)
  • 2 cups orange juice (chilled)
  • 2 cups ginger ale (chilled, for fizz)
  • 1 cup coconut water (optional, for extra hydration)
  • 1 cup rainbow sherbet (creamy texture & fun colors)
Garnishes & Decorations
  • Assorted fruit slices (oranges, lemons, limes)
  • Edible Easter candies (marshmallow bunnies, jellybeans, or Peeps)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for a pop of green)
  • Pastel-colored straws or cupcake toppers (for extra Easter flair)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice, pink lemonade, orange juice, and coconut water. Stir well to blend.
  2. Gently pour in the ginger ale to keep the bubbles intact. Stir lightly to mix.
  3. Just before serving, scoop the rainbow sherbet into the punch for a fun, foamy effect.
  4. Float citrus slices and add edible candies for garnishing.
  5. Ladle into cups and add fun straws for a playful presentation.

Notes

For an adult version, add vodka or sparkling wine. Substitute ginger ale with sparkling water for a healthier option.
