Preparation
- Heat a large skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Add sliced flank steak in batches, searing for 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
Making the Sauce
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Pour over the broccoli and stir well.
- Add the beef back to the skillet, tossing everything together until heated through.
Serving
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
You can adjust the veggie-to-meat ratio according to your preference. Try adding chili flakes for a spicy kick.
