Preparation
- Melt the chocolate carefully in a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
Adding Toppings
- While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle your desired toppings evenly over the surface.
- Press the toppings gently into the chocolate.
Setting
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let the chocolate set for 30-60 minutes until completely firm.
Serving
- Once set, break the chocolate into pieces and serve or package for gifting.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Avoid humidity and strong odors.
