- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and grated or crushed garlic.
- Add chopped fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice if using.
- Stir until well combined and taste. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
For best flavor, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Stir before serving and add a fresh squeeze of lemon if needed. This dip can also be made a day ahead as the flavors deepen overnight.
