  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
  • 1 clove garlic (grated or crushed)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives) Chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 squirt lemon juice Optional for extra flavor

  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper For added flavor
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese For a creamy, tangy addition
  • 1 tablespoon mayo or olive oil For additional creaminess

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and grated or crushed garlic.
  2. Add chopped fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice if using.
  3. Stir until well combined and taste. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

For best flavor, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Stir before serving and add a fresh squeeze of lemon if needed. This dip can also be made a day ahead as the flavors deepen overnight.
