For the Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter Adds richness and creaminess to the dish.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Key to the flavor of the sauce.
  • 2 tbsp honey Balances the tanginess of BBQ sauce.
For Assembly
  • Taco shells Use soft or crunchy shells based on preference.
  • Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, diced onions, fresh cilantro, lime wedges Customize to your liking.

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes per side.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add minced garlic and honey; cook for 2-3 minutes.
Assembling the Tacos
  1. Once chicken is cooked, slice or shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Coat the chicken with the garlic butter sauce.
