Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling
  • 1 pound lean ground beef Use 80/20 or 90/10 for a juicy filling.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For seasoning.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Fresh garlic for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste.
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper To taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Optional, for umami flavor.
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika Optional, for additional flavor.
For the Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Use the large, flaky variety.
  • 1 cup cheese, cubed Cheddar, mozzarella, or any preferred cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For brushing on top.
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic For mixing with the melted butter.
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese For extra flavor on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the lean ground beef and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in onion powder, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika into the cooked beef.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly to create a pouch.
  5. Scoop a spoonful of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Top with a cube of cheese, then carefully pinch the dough closed.
Baking
  1. Arrange the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the top of each bomb.
  3. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with a variety of dipping sauces such as ranch, BBQ, or sriracha mayo. Customize by adding ingredients like crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, or veggies to the beef mixture.
