- In a jar or container, combine Greek yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, sweetener, and milk.

- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like texture.
Notes
Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. Add fresh fruits or nuts just before serving to maintain texture.
